Notice regarding archiving of photos and email notifications

Archiving your photos to allow new orders is part of our service and thus, it is a contractual part of creating a customer account.

In addition, sending reminders / notifications via email (for example, information about the provision of photos or their deletion) is part of our service and therefore no separate consent request is needed.

Since sending emails is currently being heavily discussed in the media, we have decided to seek additional consent for new customer accounts. Please write us an e-mail or click the unsubscribe link within an email notification if you do not want to receive any further messages from us.

Physical Print Products

We hope that your print products are of acceptable quality and that you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to request a reprint of the products ordered, please contact us via the online shop where we can arrange for a reprint to made and shipped to you at no extra cost, providided you send evidence of damage or product not as described, for example a photo along with the feedback/complaint message.

 

Please note, if you would prefer a refund either in full or in part due to unacceptable product conditions or unexpected delays in stated delivery times, please contact us via the webshop and provide evidence as stated above. We will refund the money back onto the credit or debit card that the order was paid with.

 

Photo Downloads

Once your order and payments have been processed, your downloads will be availble for you to download on your account. Downloads are high-resolution images that allow you to print up to a 16"x20" print. We recommend you download and save your images to your own device. 

Our system registers when the photographs have been downloaded, after which, you will not be eligible for a return or refund. These downloads are sold as they're seen in the webshop and as they are none refundable items, please ensure you are happy with the photos before completing the purchace. 

Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery of your order to ensure we support you with a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
